How our pricing works

You pay for the space your material takes up in our trailer — not by the item or by the hour.

We don’t do upcharges for stairs or difficult access. That’s not our style. Just tell us what needs gone and we’ll take it from there.

We do our best to always honor this pricing - but we can’t always.

Some hazardous and regulated materials will not be accepted by local landfills. Often we’ll have to jump through some pretty serious hoops to dispose of the materials in a safe, legal way. Because of this, we'll need to charge additional fees to cover the extra expenses. Give us a call to see the materials that we can’t accept as part of our normal pricing.
