who we are
River City Removal is a locally owned junk removal company serving Richmond, VA and the surrounding areas. We help homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses clear out unwanted furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, and everyday junk. Our goal is simple: make getting rid of unwanted items as easy and stress-free as possible. From scheduling your pickup to hauling everything away, we handle the heavy lifting so you don't have to.
why should you choose us?
As a locally owned small business, we believe our customers should receive the kind of service that is often missing from larger companies. We focus on being responsive, respectful, and easy to work with from the first phone call to the moment the last piece of junk is hauled away. We show up when we say we will, treat your property with care, and leave the area clean when we're finished.
our story
Once upon a time, Tobi, our owner, tried to hire one of the big junk removal companies to haul away some old bricks. The process was shockingly miserable and the quotes were outrageous. There was clearly a need for honest and fair junk removal contractors in the area - and we dove right in!
Tobi created River City Removal to serve the Richmond community with dependable, straightforward junk removal services. We know that clearing out a home, property, or yard can be a time-consuming job, and our goal is to take that work off your hands. As we grow throughout Richmond and the surrounding area, we're committed to building our reputation through honest communication, hard work, and great customer service.
